The Stratocaster style Fernandes Star Wars Retrorocket models were produced in limited numbers: in North America 75 Boba Fett, 65 Yoda, 250 Darth Vader and 250 Storm Trooper models were released. The series consisted of two standard Fernandes models (the Retrorocket and the Nomad) but decorated in Star Wars using a computer controlled painting process. Fernandes Guitars International in association with Lucasfilm Ltd introduced the Star Wars Series of guitars in 2002, marking the release of Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones.
